Tekkoshocon 2010
I was fortunate enough to go to my third consecutive Tekkoshocon in April. It is an anime convention located in Pittsburgh, PA every year. Johnny Yong Bosch, the Black Power Ranger after Zach, the original Ranger, and the voice of Ichigo on Bleach was among the guests.
Even though it was a four-day convention, I could only go to the first day because of work. I had fun, but the convention did not open up until 3 on the first day. According to AnimeCons.com, there were 3,522 attendees. The convention center it was held in, the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, held the 2009 G20 Summit, so the center is well-equipped for any event. The video rooms were stadium-style seating and were better than Otakon, the East Coast's largest anime convention.
