Skate 3
Just like when the "Governator" said "to hell with you!" about Krom, his God, I say the same for Tony Hawk: Ride's realistic controls. As far as I am concerned, EA's Skate series is the most realistic skateboarding game out. The most recent version, Skate 3, added even more realism by adding a hardcore mode, which made skating, Ollie-ing and rail-sliding even harder and more lifelike.
